A few years ago I ordered a set of epics, I and some of my other bun hues were very keen to see these wheels.

Finally when they arrived, the box was damaged and one of the wheels was badly damaged.

After some back and forth, Tokyo Wheel apparently sent me another pair that never ever arrived. I bought a new set from my LBS and marked it up to a lesson learned.

It wasn’t until recently I saw an advert for this company and remembered that I did never get my replacement wheels or a refund!

Has anybody else ever had something like this happen?

Very unfortunate that I am not able to get a hold of anybody now!
